Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter who can manage the complete recruitment cycle for IT positions in the US market. The candidate should have strong experience in sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, submissions, interview coordination, and offer follow-up.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with US staffing requirements, different employment types, and US time zones.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US IT requirements, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Review resumes and conduct initial screening based on technical skills, experience, location, work authorization, compensation, and availability.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates accordingly.
- Work on multiple IT requirements simultaneously and maintain recruitment TAT.
- Engage with candidates and maintain a strong pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
- Coordinate candidate submissions, interviews, feedback, and follow-ups.




- Negotiate compensation and manage candidates through the offer and joining process.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data in the ATS/recruitment system.
- Follow up regularly with candidates to ensure availability and joining commitments.
- Work closely with account managers, hiring managers, and delivery teams to understand requirements and hiring priorities.
- Track daily submissions, interviews, selections, offers, and closures.
- Build and maintain a strong network of IT professionals in the US market.

Required Skills

- 1 -3+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the US IT staffing/recruitment process.
- Hands-on experience with US IT technologies and job requirements.
- Good sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job portals, Boolean search, and X-Ray search.
- Positive understanding of US work authorization such as H1B, H4 EAD, GC, USC, EAD, OPT, CPT, etc.
- Understanding of different hiring models such as W2, C2C, and 1099.
- Good understanding of US locations, time zones, and market practices.
- Strong candidate communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under targets and manage multiple requirements.
