We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic US Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified healthcare professionals for various opportunities across the United States.

Key Responsibilities
- Source healthcare professionals through job portals, internal databases, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Review resumes and identify candidates who match client job requirements.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' experience, skills, availability, location, and job preferences.
- Explain job opportunities, job requirements, compensation, shifts,
and other relevant details to candidates.
- Maintain regular communication and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate candidate submissions to clients and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the ATS/CRM.
- Verify candidate credentials, experience, availability, and other required information as applicable.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Meet individual and team recruitment targets/KPIs.
- Develop a good understanding of the US healthcare staffing market and various healthcare job categories.
- Ensure professional and timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 0–3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, BPO, sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Freshers with good communication ski
