US Healthcare Account Coordinator – MSP Relations

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh | Work Mode: Onsite

Job Summary

We are looking for a US Healthcare Account Coordinator – MSP Relations with a minimum of 1 year of experience in US-based client coordination, preferably in US Healthcare Staffing. The candidate will coordinate with US clients, MSPs, VMS teams, and internal recruitment teams to ensure smooth staffing operations and timely candidate submissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with US clients, MSPs, and VMS teams regarding staffing requirements.
- Understand job requirements and communicate them accurately to recruitment teams.
- Coordinate and track candidate submissions, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
- Manage regular follow-ups with clients/MSPs and respond to queries professionally.
- Ensure timely and accurate updates in VMS, ATS, trackers, and internal systems.
- Work closely with recruiters to ensure quality submissions and meet client SLAs.
- Coordinate with compliance and onboarding teams for required documentation.
- Maintain robust relationships with clients, MSP contacts,



and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare account/status reports and escalate issues or delays when required.
- Ensure adherence to client-specific processes, submission guidelines, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills
- 1+ year of experience in US-based client coordination; US Healthcare experience preferred.
- Knowledge of US Healthcare Staffing, MSP/VMS processes is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and relationship-management skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Outlook, ATS/VMS platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work within deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Shift & Work Requirements
- Must be comfortable working onsite in Indore.
- Must be comfortable working night shifts aligned with US business hours.
- Strong willingness to work in a fast-paced US staffing environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
