Job Title: US Telecaller / US Voice Process Executive

About the Role

We are hiring US Telecallers for our Chennai office to handle outbound/inbound calls with US-based clients and customers. Ideal candidates have prior experience in international voice processes and are comfortable working night shifts aligned with US business hours.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to US clients/customers for sales, lead generation, or support (as applicable)
- Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information professionally
- Maintain call quality standards and achieve daily/monthly targets
- Update and maintain call records/CRM accurately
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely closures




- Escalate complex queries to the relevant team when needed

Requirements

- 1–6 years of experience in a US voice process (BPO/KPO, telecalling, or telesales)
- Excellent spoken English with a neutral/US-friendly accent
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable working night shifts (US time zone)
- Basic computer knowledge – MS Office, CRM tools
- Prior experience in US telecalling/telesales strongly preferred
