- Perform diagnostic evaluations, consultations, and surgical interventions for complex urological conditions including renal stones, prostate disorders, urinary tract infections, and uro-oncology cases.
- Lead minimally invasive procedures such as TURP, laser lithotripsy, cystoscopy, and robotic-assisted surgeries using up-to-date instrumentation and imaging.
- Collaborate with nephrologists, oncologists, radiologists, and ICU teams to manage multi-system urological emergencies and post-operative care.
- Supervise junior urologists and residents, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols, documentation standards, and surgical safety checklists.




- Conduct patient education sessions and community outreach programs to promote early detection and preventive urological health.
- Contribute to hospital QI initiatives, audit surgical outcomes, and implement evidence-based protocols to enhance care delivery.

Skills & Qualifications Must-Have

- MBBS with DNB/MS/Diploma in Urology
- Valid NMC registration
- Proven experience in performing endoscopic and laparoscopic urological procedures
- Proficiency in managing urological emergencies including obstructive uropathy and septic shock
- Expertise in interpreting urodynamic studies, renal imaging (CT KUB, MRI), and PSA/BPH guidelines
- Comfort with electronic medical records (EMR) and hospital information systems

Preferred

- Fellowship-trained in uro-oncology or reconstructive urology
- Experience with robotic-assisted surgery (da Vinci or equivalent)
- Publications or active involvement in urology CME programs
