Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Urologist role based in Banswara. The Urologist will provide comprehensive clinical care for patients with urological conditions, including evaluation, diagnosis, and management of disorders affecting the urinary tract and male reproductive system. Daily responsibilities include conducting outpatient consultations, performing urological procedures and surgeries as appropriate, interpreting diagnostic tests, and coordinating multidisciplinary care plans.

The role involves close collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient management, participation in patient education, and adherence to clinical protocols and quality standards. The Urologist is expected to maintain accurate medical records and contribute to a safe, ethical, and patient-centered care environment.

Qualifications

- Solid clinical expertise in Urology and Medicine, with the ability to diagnose and manage a wide range of urological conditions.




- Proficiency in Surgery and exposure to Robotic Surgery techniques, with a commitment to minimally invasive and evidence-based practice.
- Clinical experience or training in Pediatric Urology, with the ability to care for children and adolescents with urological disorders.
- Recognized medical degree (MBBS) and postgraduate qualification in Urology (e.g., MS, DNB, MCh or equivalent), with valid medical registration.
- Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a respectful, gender-neutral, and non-discriminatory approach to patient care.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and adapt to an on-site, patient-focused healthcare setting in Banswara.
- Commitment to continuous professional development, adherence to ethical standards, and participation in quality improvement initiatives.
