Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Depending on experience and skill set)

Job Summary The Project Café (TPC) is looking for an experienced and responsible Accountant to join our team in Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding invoices, payments, outstanding balances, and account-related queries.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Verify vendor invoices, purchase bills, and supporting documents.
- Maintain proper records of expenses, purchases, and payments.
- Assist with accounts payable, receivables, and bank reconciliation.
- Coordinate with management and relevant departments for accounting-related requirements.
- Follow up on pending payments, invoices, and vendor-related matters.
- Support the team with regular accounting reports and documentation.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned accounting and coordination tasks.

Requirements




- 3–4 years of relevant experience in accounting, vendor coordination, and internal team communication.
- Robust knowledge of accounting principles and day-to-day accounting operations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in handling vendor accounts and payment coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally or relevant software).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with different teams.
