Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding client requirements, promoting IT products/services, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Identify potential customers and understand their IT requirements.
- Explain IT products, solutions, and services to prospective clients.
- Schedule meetings and product/service demonstrations with clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing customers.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.




- Maintain customer and lead information in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the technical and internal teams to understand and communicate solutions.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
- Stay updated on IT products, services, and market trends.

Required Skills

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of IT products/services.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
