Key Responsibilities:

- Generate bills for laboratory tests, health packages, and diagnostic services.

- Collect payments through cash, UPI, debit/credit cards, cheques, and online modes.

- Maintain daily cash collection records and ensure accuracy in transactions.

- Reconcile daily collections and submit reports to the accounts department.

- Issue receipts and maintain proper documentation of all transactions.

- Verify test requisition forms and patient details before billing.

- Handle patient inquiries regarding test charges, packages, discounts, and payment methods.

- Maintain confidentiality of patient and financial information.

- Coordinate with the laboratory, front office, and accounts teams for smooth operations.

- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.

- Report billing discrepancies or payment issues to the concerned authority.

Educational Qualification:

- Graduate in Commerce, Accounts, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.

- Basic knowledge of accounting principles will be preferred.

Experience:





- 1+ years of experience as a Cashier, Billing Executive, Front Office Executive, or similar role.

- Experience in a diagnostic centre, pathology laboratory, hospital, or healthcare industry preferred.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

- Knowledge of billing software, laboratory information systems (LIS), or hospital management software.

- Understanding of cash handling and financial reconciliation processes.
