- Handle day-to-day operations of the mall and ensure smooth functioning of all common areas.
- Coordinate with tenants, housekeeping, security, engineering and other vendors for operational requirements.
- Conduct regular mall rounds and ensure cleanliness, safety and operational standards.
- Attend to tenant/customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor vendor performance and follow up on pending issues.
- Support mall events, promotions and special activities.
- Maintain daily operational reports, checklists and incident records.
- Ensure compliance with mall SOPs, safety and operational guidelines.
