We are looking for an Application / Operations Support Engineer responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining applications, systems, and IT infrastructure to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and high system availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor applications, servers, databases, and system performance.
- Provide L1/L2 operational support and troubleshoot production issues.
- Analyze incidents, identify root causes, and coordinate with development/infrastructure teams for resolution.
- Perform application deployment, configuration, health checks, and routine maintenance.
- Monitor system logs, alerts, and performance metrics.
- Manage incident, problem, and change requests as per defined processes.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain technical documentation.
- Ensure adherence to SLA, uptime, and support processes.
- Participate in on-call/shift support when required.
