About the Role

D.R. Coats Ink & Resins Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced MIS Coordinator to manage company-wide MIS activities, sales and business reporting, data analysis, inventory MIS, customer/payment reports and management dashboards.

The ideal candidate should have strong Advanced Excel, MIS, data analysis, ERP/SAP and reporting skills, with experience in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and prepare company-wide MIS reports and management dashboards.
- Prepare sales, customer-wise, salesperson-wise and business performance reports.
- Prepare weekly, monthly and management-specific reports.
- Prepare competitor and market intelligence reports.
- Prepare Export/Import comparative reports.
- Prepare Inventory, Finished Goods, Slow-Moving and Non-Moving Material reports.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Stores, Production and other departments for data collection and validation.
- Prepare customer outstanding and payment recovery MIS and support follow-up.
- Support sales budgets and sales performance analysis.
- Support trade exhibitions with required MIS, data and presentations.
- Coordinate approved email, WhatsApp and social-media marketing activities.
- Manage approved product posts on the company's LinkedIn page and support the Director's LinkedIn account.
- Maintain accurate databases and develop Excel dashboards, trackers and analytical reports.




- Support ERP/SAP data extraction and MIS improvement projects.
- Identify opportunities for reporting automation and process improvement.
- Ensure confidentiality, accuracy and timely submission of management information.
- Submit minimum two innovative ideas every month for improving efficiency.

- 100% timely submission of scheduled MIS reports.
- High/100% data accuracy in submitted reports.
- Timely and accurate Sales, Inventory, Customer and Competitor MIS.
- Timely outstanding/payment recovery reporting.
- Minimum 2 innovative ideas per month.
- Zero deliberate information-hiding or unauthorized disclosure incidents.

Candidate Profile

Qualification:

B.Sc. IT / M.Sc. IT / BCA / MCA / MBA-IT or equivalent qualification.

Experience:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant MIS experience.
- Experience in Chemical / Resin / Manufacturing industry will be preferred.
- Experience in Sales MIS, Inventory MIS and Management Reporting is preferred.
