We're Hiring: Insurance Trainer (Motor / Health / Life Insurance)

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Insurance Trainer who can effectively train, mentor, and upskill customer service and sales teams. Candidates with or without Quality (QA) experience are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be multilingual, and have a passion for developing talent.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver induction and refresher training programs for insurance processes.
- Conduct product, process, compliance, and soft skills training.
- Create engaging training content, presentations, assessments, and learning materials.
- Evaluate trainee performance and provide coaching and feedback.
- Identify training needs through performance analysis.
- Monitor post-training performance and recommend improvement plans.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Coordinate with Operations, HR, and Quality teams to improve employee performance.
- Maintain training records, attendance, certifications, and MIS reports.

Additional Responsibilities (For Candidates with QA Experience)
- Conduct quality audits and monitor call/process compliance.
- Analyze quality scores and identify recurring knowledge gaps.
- Share actionable feedback with teams and managers.
- Work closely with operations to improve CSAT,



FCR, and quality metrics.
- Support calibration sessions and process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills
- Experience as an Insurance Trainer in Motor, Health, or Life Insurance.
- Candidates with or without Quality (QA) experience may apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate learners.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Good analytical and coaching abilities.
- Comfortable handling classroom and virtual training sessions.

Preferred Languages Candidates should be able to communicate in multiple languages. Preference will be given to candidates who know any combination of:

- English
- Hindi
- Kannada
- Tamil
- Telugu
- Malayalam

Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in Insurance Training preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates serving short notice periods will be given preference.
