Role & responsibilities

Curriculum Delivery: Teach Japanese language modules to students from diverse backgrounds, specifically targeting proficiency up to N5 and N4 levels.

- Student Assessments: Conduct regular evaluations and screenings to determine students' ability to communicate in Japanese and identify specific improvement areas.
- Interview Preparation: Prepare candidates for client interviews in Japanese.
- Guidance and Feedback: Provide personalized feedback and support to help students excel in language proficiency and cultural integration.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and overall performance.
- Foster Engagement: Cultivate a motivating, interactive, and energetic learning environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the team regarding class schedules,



student progress, and curriculum updates.
- Material Usage: Use company-provided materials exclusively within the scope of this agreement.
- Confidentiality: Handle confidential information regarding operations, students, and business strategies with high discretion.

Preferred candidate profile Qualification: N3 N2 or N1 level JLPT certification.

Experience: 3+ years of Japanese Language Teaching Experience.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with basic computer knowledge and digital teaching tools.

Soft Skills: Strong communication abilities, cultural sensitivity, and a genuine passion for teaching.
