Job Overview

We are looking for an HR – Recruitment professional responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding manpower requirements and sourcing candidates to selection, offer management, and pre-joining formalities.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand and maintain clear job profiles, roles, and requirements for all positions.
- Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, headhunting, social media, employee referrals, databases, and professional networks.
- Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements, skills, experience, and organizational fit.
- Conduct initial candidate discussions and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate interview schedules, feedback, selection decisions, and follow-ups.
- Prepare and extend compensation offers in line with company policies and approved salary structures.
- Prepare and issue offer letters to selected candidates.
- Coordinate pre-employment background verification and ensure completion of required documentation.
- Arrange travel reimbursement for interview candidates,



wherever applicable, as per company policy.
- Complete all pre-joining formalities and documentation as per company procedures.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate trackers, and hiring MIS.
- Ensure a smooth and qualified candidate experience from sourcing to joining.

Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Ability to source candidates through multiple recruitment channels.
- Strong screening, coordination, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment databases/ATS.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
- Proactive, organized, target-oriented, and detail-focused approach.
