- Manage complete day-to-day salon/store operations.
- Drive sales, revenue, targets and profitability.
- Manage staff, shifts, attendance, productivity and discipline.
- Monitor inventory, stock usage and minimize product wastage.
- Ensure service quality, hygiene and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and drive repeat business.
- Lead the team and ensure achievement of individual and store targets.
- Monitor daily sales and submit operational/performance reports.
- Coordinate with HR, Accounts, Admin and Management.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
