Job Title: HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a strategic and business-focused HR Business Partner (HRBP) to drive HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals. The role will primarily focus on policy implementation, stakeholder management, compliance, and HR analytics, ensuring effective people management practices across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Strategy & Policy Implementation

- Drive and implement HR policies, frameworks, and strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies across departments.
- Support organizational development and change management initiatives.

2. Stakeholder Management

- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and management teams.
- Partner with stakeholders to address workforce challenges and provide HR solutions.
- Influence decision-making through data-driven insights and HR expertise.

3. Employee Relations & Governance

- Manage employee relations matters including grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure fair and consistent policy enforcement across the organization.

4. Compliance & Risk Management

- Ensure adherence to labour laws,



statutory requirements, and internal compliance policies.
- Conduct audits and reviews to maintain HR governance standards.
- Mitigate HR-related risks through proactive policy enforcement.

5. HR Analytics & Reporting

- Analyse HR metrics (attrition, engagement, performance trends, etc.) to support business decisions.
- Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and insights to leadership.
- Use data to recommend improvements in workforce productivity and retention.

6. Performance Management & Employee Engagement

- Drive performance management processes including appraisals, feedback cycles, and goal setting.
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance productivity and morale.

Key Requirements:

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
- 38 years of experience in HRBP
- Robust knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and labour laws.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and HR analytics.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Prefer male candidates.
