Key Requirements:
- Overall 810 years of SAP HCM experience
- 45 years of hands-on India Payroll experience
- Minimum 1 end-to-end SAP HCM implementation experience is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of ESS/MSS and PCC
- Hands-on experience in SAP Payroll configuration, including:
- Gross Payroll and Net Payroll
- Tax Reporter configuration
- Schema development and PCR writing
- Creating and defining custom operations and rules
- Experience with Year-End activities and Support Pack implementation
- 2–5 years of experience in executing parallel payroll testing
- Solid client-facing and stakeholder management skills
