Job Summary

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our RPSL shipping company. The candidate will be responsible for making and receiving a high volume of calls, communicating with seafarers/candidates, collecting and organizing information, sorting data, and maintaining accurate records in Excel.

The ideal candidate should be confident on calls, comfortable handling repetitive work, organized with data, and able to meet daily calling and follow-up targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls on a daily basis.
- Contact seafarers/candidates and collect relevant information as required.
- Explain company requirements, procedures, vacancies, documentation, or other relevant information clearly.
- Follow up with candidates regarding documents, availability, joining, and other requirements.
- Maintain proper records of all calls, conversations, follow-ups, and responses.
- Sort, filter, organize, and update data received from various sources.
- Maintain and regularly update Excel/Google Sheets with accurate information.
- Ensure candidate/contact databases are clean, updated, and properly categorized.
- Identify duplicate, incomplete, or incorrect data and update it accordingly.




- Coordinate with the recruitment/operations team and share relevant information.
- Follow up on pending cases and maintain a proper follow-up list.
- Prepare basic daily/weekly reports regarding calls, follow-ups, and data status.
- Achieve assigned daily calling and follow-up targets.
- Maintain professionalism and polite communication while speaking with candidates and contacts.

Candidate Requirements
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking continuously and handling maximum calls per day.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good typing and data-entry skills.
- Ability to sort, filter, organize, and maintain large amounts of data.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain proper records.
- Should be disciplined, punctual, and target-oriented.
- Knowledge of the shipping/maritime industry or RPSL-related recruitment will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication and computer skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
