Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and proactive HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing qualified candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand hiring requirements and prepare suitable recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate compensation and support candidates through the offer and joining process.
- Conduct reference checks and complete required recruitment documentation.
- Maintain recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of recruitment and sourcing techniques.




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive understanding of job portals and LinkedIn recruitment.
- Ability to screen resumes and assess candidates against job requirements.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Ability to work with multiple vacancies and meet hiring timelines.

Qualifications
- PUC / 12th
- Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred.

- Quality of shortlisted candidates.
- Interview-to-selection ratio.
- Offer acceptance and joining ratio.
- Candidate pipeline and sourcing effectiveness.
