Job Summary-

Big 4 is seeking a Manager with 6+ years of experience in Internal Audit and Risk Advisory to support clients across the Steel, Mining, and Automobile industries.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in internal controls, risk assessment, process reviews, and audit execution while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality advisory services.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute internal audit and risk advisory assignments across diverse client engagements.
- Conduct risk assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and business processes.
- Perform process walkthroughs, control testing, and identify control gaps.
- Prepare audit workpapers, observations, and reports with actionable recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, corporate policies, and industry standards.
- Assist clients in strengthening governance, risk management, and internal control frameworks.




- Collaborate with client stakeholders to discuss audit findings and recommend process improvements.
- Analyze operational and financial processes to identify risks and enhance efficiency.
- Support engagement managers in planning, execution, and timely delivery of audit assignments.
- Maintain high-quality documentation in accordance with Companies methodologies.

Required Skills

- Experience in Internal Audit and Risk Advisory.
- Solid understanding of risk and control framework
- Knowledge of internal controls, compliance, and governance.
- Experience in process reviews, control testing, and audit documentation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and report preparation
