Airport Ground Staff

We are looking for professional, energetic, and customer-focused Airport Ground Staff to join our aviation team. The selected candidates will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient passenger services and airport operations while maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist passengers with check-in, boarding passes, baggage handling, and boarding procedures.
- Provide accurate information regarding flights, gates, schedules, and airport facilities.
- Handle passenger queries, requests, and concerns in a polite and skilled manner.
- Coordinate with airline, security, baggage, and airport operations teams.
- Support boarding, arrivals, departures, and baggage-related activities.
- Follow all aviation safety, security, and operational procedures.
- Maintain professional appearance and excellent customer service standards.
- Assist elderly passengers, families, and passengers requiring special assistance.

Ideal Candidate: Excellent communication skills, a customer-friendly attitude, teamwork, punctuality, and the ability to work in shifts are essential. Prior airport or aviation experience is an advantage.
