Role & responsibilities

- Ensure on-time completion of SCM activities. Support current business acquisition & customer projects execution as per required milestones
- Make and implement strategies to enhance profitability through, optimize logistic cost improvement, optimizing and controlling inventory, etc.
- Physical Inventory discrepancy maintained within approved tolerances
- Zero Line Stoppage with zero premium freight.
- Alternate sourcing and negotiation with current suppliers to ensure RMC is reduced
- Deliver goods and services in right quantity, in right condition, at the right place, at the right time, to the right customer (internal & external customers)
- Enhance customer satisfaction level through zero delivery failure




- Lead the team for 100% timely arrangement of RM for customer projects
- Review current SCM processes, sops and make necessary recommendations to identify more robust, cost effective and value-added processes at each plant.
- Develop, implement, and maintain supplier relationship and evaluation process to measure effective supplier performance and compliance.
- Responsible for all initiatives related to technology like SAP Implementation and Vendor portals etc. to leverage Operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Coordinate Material Storage and Material Movement Plan with Process engineering at the time of Project execution Phase.
- Packing Standard Finalization for receiving parts from Suppliers before Pilot Run in Development phase.
