We have urgent hiring for Accounts_ Assistant Manager Role for Mumbai location.

Experience : 8 to 10 Years

Salary: 40,000 to 45,000 Pm

Looking for immediate joiners.

· Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including purchase, sales, receipts, payments, journal entries and bank reconciliations.

· Maintain books of accounts in Tally and ensure accurate and timely accounting entries.

· Prepare project-wise MIS reports, management reports and financial statements.

· Manage TDS/TCS compliance, including deductions, returns, TRACES, Form 26AS reconciliation and related matters.

· Coordinate with internal and external auditors for finalization of accounts and statutory audits, including preparation and submission of required data, workings, schedules and supporting documents.

· Handle accounting and finance operations for multiple companies, ensuring timely compliance, reporting and financial closure.

· Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable, payment processing and vendor/customer reconciliations.

· Prepare cash-flow statements,



payment plans and fund requirement reports.

· Review and verify invoices, expenses, supporting documents and accounting ledgers.

· Coordinate with banks for payments, bank confirmations, Bank Guarantees (BGs), Fixed Deposits (FDs) and other banking requirements.

· Support budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and cost-control activities.

· Ensure timely monthly closure of accounts and reconciliation of major ledgers.

· Coordinate with internal teams, management, vendors, customers and external professionals for accounting, finance and taxation matters.

· Assist management in financial decision-making by providing accurate and timely financial information and analysis.

· Ensure compliance with applicable accounting, taxation and statutory requirements.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
