We are urgently hiring an experienced Florist / Flower Decorator for work in Indore.
The candidate should have practical experience in flower cutting, arranging, decorating and creating different types of floral designs for events, functions and other requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Cutting and preparing fresh flowers for decoration
- Flower arrangement and bouquet preparation
- Creating floral decorations for events, functions and venues
- Stage, entrance, backdrop and venue flower decoration
- Making garlands, floral strings and other decorative arrangements
- Modifying and customizing flower arrangements according to requirements
- Selecting appropriate flowers, colours and combinations
- Handling fresh flowers carefully and maintaining their quality
- Supporting event decoration and setup work
- Maintaining flower-related tools and materials
- Assisting the decoration team whenever required
- Working according to client/event requirements and timelines
Required Experience
- Minimum 2 years of practical florist/flower decoration experience preferred
- Strong practical knowledge of flower cutting and arrangement
- Experience in floral decoration and customization
- Experience with wedding, event, hotel or venue decoration will be an advantage
- Candidates from Bengal / West Bengal with traditional and professional flower-decoration skills are preferred
- Must be willing to relocate to Indore
- Must be comfortable working in shifts and during events
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
