Meal Mate – Poonamallee is looking for 2 experienced and dedicated Chefs / Masters to join our Kitchen Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare food according to standard recipes and quality guidelines
- Maintain consistent taste, portion size and presentation
- Manage daily kitchen production
- Ensure food quality, safety and hygiene standards
- Coordinate with kitchen assistants
- Maintain cleanliness and organised kitchen operations
Requirements
- Relevant cooking experience preferred
- 3 years of kitchen/restaurant experience preferred
- Valuable knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen
- Immediate joiners preferred
