Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore for an AWS Solution Architect Associate Certified Trainer. The trainer will design, deliver, and update AWS-focused training programs aligned with the Solution Architect Associate certification, including hands-on labs, workshops, and real-world case studies.

Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing course materials, conducting classroom and practical sessions, assessing learner performance, and providing individualized guidance to help participants achieve certification.



The role also involves collaborating with corporate clients to tailor training to their technology environments, staying current with AWS services and best practices, and contributing to curriculum enhancement and internal knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Solution Architecture and Integration, with the ability to design secure, scalable, and reliable AWS-based solutions.
- Experience in Consulting and Business Process analysis to align technical training with organizational needs and workflows.
- Hands-on background in Software Development to demonstrate practical implementation of cloud architectures and best practices.
- Valid AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate (or higher) credential and thorough understanding of AWS core services and architectures.
- Proven experience delivering technical training or mentoring, with clear communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to create structured training content, labs, and assessments, and to adapt teaching methods to varied learner groups.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, other cloud platforms (Azure/GCP), and up-to-date software development methodologies is an advantage.
