Urgent Hiring | ASM Asphalt Machineries & Hot Mix Plant

Industry: MNC Construction Equipment OEM

Locations: Jaipur | Lucknow | Ahmedabad | Indore | Hyderabad | Kochi

Experience: 4–8 Years

Qualification: B.Tech – Mechanical

Product Focus: Asphalt Machinery & Hot Mix Plants

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve sales targets for Asphalt Machinery & Hot Mix Plants in assigned territories.
- Develop recent customers and ensure coverage of road projects, industries and infrastructure segments.
- Conduct competition mapping, benchmarking, market analysis and prepare MIS reports.
- Manage receivables and ensure timely payment realization.
- Prepare and submit MORs for the Asphalt Business to RM and HO.
- Coordinate with Product, Service,



Regional and BU teams for product support, customer feedback and product improvements.
- Develop and execute regional marketing activities for promotion of the Asphalt Machinery business.
- Build strong relationships with customers, contractors, road construction companies and other key stakeholders.

Preferred Industry:

Candidates with experience in Asphalt Machinery, Hot Mix Plants, Road Construction Equipment, Construction Equipment or related products will be preferred.
