? We’re Hiring: Upwork Bidder / Business Development Partner

Brandlytical Media is looking to collaborate with an experienced Upwork Bidder / Business Development Specialist on a 100% commission-based model .

We are a global creative agency based in India & Dubai , working with brands across social media, influencer marketing, performance marketing, creative campaigns, content, and global expansion.

? Target Markets

Our primary focus for Upwork business development will be:

?? USA

?? UK

? APAC

? MENA

We are specifically looking for someone who understands international clients and can identify opportunities across these markets.

What you’ll be responsible for:

- Researching and identifying relevant, high-value projects on Upwork

• Focusing specifically on clients from USA, UK, APAC & MENA

- Creating customized, compelling proposals based on each client's requirements
- Researching the client/business before submitting proposals
- Initiating conversations and following up with prospects
- Generating qualified leads and converting them into business opportunities
- Coordinating with our internal team during the sales process
- Maintaining a strong pipeline of prospects
- Tracking proposals, responses, meetings and conversions

• Focusing on quality opportunities and actual business closures , rather than simply submitting a high volume of bids

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in Upwork bidding / business development / lead generation

- Solid understanding of the Upwork platform and bidding ecosystem
- Excellent written English and proposal-writing skills




- Strong research and communication abilities
- Ability to understand client requirements and create personalized pitches
- Experience in digital marketing, social media, influencer marketing, branding, creative services or agency business development is a strong plus

• Existing experience targeting US, UK, APAC or MENA clients will be preferred

- Highly self-driven and comfortable working on a performance-based model

? Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based opportunity .

There is no fixed salary or monthly retainer .

You earn based on the business you successfully generate through your efforts.

The earning potential is directly linked to the value and volume of business you bring in, with the commission structure discussed with shortlisted candidates.
