URBAN PLANNER
Salary: 70,000.00 to 75,000.00

We are looking for an experienced Urban Planner to support the planning and development of urban projects.
Requirements
- Experience: 5–8 years of relevant experience
- Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
- Degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related discipline
- Strong knowledge of urban planning principles, land-use planning, and development projects
- Ability to prepare and review planning proposals, layouts, and development plans
- Good coordination and communication skills
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and review urban planning and development proposals
- Prepare planning layouts, reports, and related documentation
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and other stakeholders
- Ensure projects comply with applicable planning requirements and regulations
- Assist in site planning, land-use analysis, and development assessments
- Monitor planning activities and provide technical recommendations
