We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Upwork Bidder – Fresher to join our Business Development team. The candidate will be responsible for finding relevant projects on Upwork, preparing customized proposals, and generating new business opportunities for our digital marketing and IT services.
Key Responsibilities
- Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork.
- Understand client requirements and project details.
- Prepare and submit customized proposals.
- Maintain daily bidding and proposal activity.
- Research potential clients and their requirements.
- Follow up with clients and respond to queries professionally.
- Coordinate with the internal team for project understanding and proposals.
- Maintain records of submitted proposals, responses, and leads.
- Work towards generating qualified leads and business opportunities.
Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Valuable written and verbal English communication skills.
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing, Website Development, SEO, Social Media, or related IT services.
- Good research and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and convincing ability.
- Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Willingness to learn Upwork bidding and international client handling.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Upwork or other freelancing platforms is a plus.
- BDE, Sales, Lead Generation, Digital Marketing, or Business Development internship experience will be an advantage.
- Good proposal-writing skills.
