Win Heels is looking for an experienced Upper Section Head to manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the footwear upper section. The candidate will be responsible for production planning, team management, quality control, productivity, and ensuring smooth and timely production.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily operations of the upper section.
- Plan and monitor production according to daily requirements and schedules.
- Ensure production targets are achieved on time.
- Monitor product quality and maintain required quality standards.
- Manage and coordinate workers within the section.
- Monitor manpower utilization and productivity.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production flow.
- Identify production issues and take corrective actions.
- Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.
- Maintain proper workflow, discipline, and housekeeping.
- Prepare and communicate daily production updates to management.
- Train and guide team members whenever required.
- Ensure workplace safety and proper operating procedures are followed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in footwear manufacturing.
- Good leadership and team-management skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage production targets and deadlines.
- Knowledge of footwear upper manufacturing processes will be an advantage.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
