Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor production applications and ensure system availability

- Investigate and resolve production incidents within SLA timelines

- Troubleshoot UNIX Linux server and application related issues

- Analyze logs and identify root causes of recurring problems

- Execute SQL queries for data validation issue investigation and reporting

- Work closely with development database and infrastructure teams to resolve issues

- Support application deployments releases and change requests

- Perform health checks and monitor batch jobs interfaces and services

- Create and maintain operational documents SOPs and knowledge articles

- Participate in on call support and major incident management activities

- Ensure adherence to support processes and operational procedures
