Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Location: Tilak Nagar, Current Delhi

Indo European Study Abroad Consultant is looking for an experienced University Partnership Head to lead the development and management of direct partnerships with international universities and educational institutions.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential universities, establishing direct institutional tie-ups, negotiating partnership terms, and managing long-term university relationships to support the company’s overseas education business.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and establish direct partnerships with international universities across various study-abroad destinations.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with university representatives, international offices, and key decision-makers.

Explore new university partnership opportunities based on market demand and student requirements.

Lead discussions and negotiations regarding partnership agreements, student recruitment, commissions, and other commercial terms.

Coordinate the complete university onboarding and partnership process.

Manage existing university partnerships and ensure strong,



long-term relationships.

Coordinate with university representatives for admissions, intakes, application requirements, events, webinars, and promotional activities.

Work closely with internal counselling, admissions, marketing, and visa teams to communicate university updates and opportunities.

Represent Indo European at university meetings, international education fairs, conferences, and networking events.

Develop strategies to increase student recruitment through university partnerships.

Track partnership performance, business opportunities, and market trends.

Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in overseas education, study abroad, university partnerships, international business development, or a related field.

MBA is preferred, particularly in Marketing, International Business, Business Development, or a related specialization.

Proven experience in establishing and managing direct international university tie-ups.

Strong understanding of the overseas education and international student recruitment industry.

Excellent negotiation, communication, networking, and relationship-management skills.

Strong business development and commercial understanding.

Ability to independently develop new university partnerships and manage existing relationships.

Willingness to travel internationally/domestically for university meetings, conferences, and partnership development when required.
