Salary: ₹7 LPA – ₹12 LPA

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

We are looking for an experienced University Partnership Manager to develop and manage partnerships with international universities and educational institutions. The candidate will be responsible for building strong institutional relationships, identifying new partnership opportunities, and supporting the company’s overseas education business.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with international universities and educational institutions.
- Identify and establish new university partnerships across key study-abroad destinations.
- Negotiate and coordinate partnership agreements, collaborations, and commercial terms.
- Manage existing university relationships and ensure smooth day-to-day coordination.
- Coordinate with university representatives for admissions, applications, intakes, events, and promotional activities.
- Explore opportunities for student recruitment and business growth through university partnerships.




- Conduct regular meetings and presentations with university representatives.
- Coordinate with internal counselling and admissions teams to communicate university updates, requirements, and opportunities.
- Represent the organization at university meetings, education fairs, conferences, and industry events.
- Monitor market trends, university offerings, and competitor activities to identify recent opportunities.
- Maintain records and reports of university partnerships, activities, and business performance.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in overseas education, study abroad, university partnerships, or a related domain.
- MBA preferred, preferably in Business Development, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of the international education and study-abroad industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship-management, and presentation skills.
- Strong business development and networking abilities.
- Willingness to travel for university meetings, events, and partnership development when required

Pay: ₹58,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
