Role & responsibilities

- Generate health insurance business through E-Agency and digital sales channels.

- Identify, onboard and develop new agency/advisor partners.

- Generate leads through digital platforms, referrals, online campaigns and market activities.

- Connect with customers, understand their insurance requirements and recommend suitable health insurance solutions.

- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful policy sales.

- Maintain strong relationships with customers and agency partners.

- Conduct regular online/offline meetings, product presentations and training sessions for partners.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales, premium and activation targets.

- Support partners with quotations, documentation, policy issuance and service-related requirements.

- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of proposals, endorsements, renewals and claims-related queries.





- Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM and ensure timely reporting.

- Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes and applicable insurance regulations.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in any discipline.

- 15 years of experience in Health Insurance / General Insurance / Life Insurance / Banking / BFSI / Sales preferred.

- Experience in E-Agency, Agency, Digital Sales or Partner Sales will be an advantage.

- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.

- Comfortable with digital platforms, CRM tools and online customer engagement.

- Solid sales orientation and target-driven approach.

- Good knowledge of the local Gujarat market and willingness to travel when required.

- Knowledge of Gujarati/Hindi along with basic English communication will be an advantage.
