Job Title: Training Manager & Unit HR
Experience Required: 3 to 5 Years (Hospitality Industry preferred)
Reports To: CGM and HR
Location: Dodamarg
Job Purpose
Oversee the full lifecycle of employee learning, recruitment, administrative documentation, and employee relations. This role bridges talent acquisition, onboarding, skills training, and conflict resolution to maintain service standards and foster a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
1. Training & Talent Development
- Design, implement, and track annual hotel training calendars aligned with brand standards.
- Conduct brand immersion, guest experience, service standards, and safety/compliance training for all new hires.
- Conduct Departmental Trainer (DT) workshops and assess department-specific skills gaps with department heads.
- Measure training effectiveness through guest feedback scores (CSAT/NPS) and operational audits.
2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for entry-level, supervisory, and junior management roles across all departments.
- Source candidates through hotel management institutes, campus placements, job portals, and local networks.
- Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate trade tests with functional department heads.
3. HR Documentation & Onboarding
- Issue offer letters, employment contracts, background check verifications, and onboarding kits.
- Maintain digital and physical employee personnel files ensuring 100% compliance with local labor regulations and audit requirements.
- Track probation periods and confirmation records.

Employee Relations & Grievance Handling
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, workplace conflicts, and interpersonal disputes.
- Conduct structured investigations into formal complaints, maintain strict confidentiality, and recommend disciplinary or corrective actions.
- Manage statutory committees (e.g., Internal Complaints Committee / POSH compliance) and document all hearing proceedings.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, town halls, employee recognition awards, and welfare programs to improve retention.
5. HR Administration & Compliance
- Oversee daily attendance tracking and shift rosters and submit it to reporting Corporate HR
- Ensure adherence to local labor laws, statutory display boards, health & safety regulations, and hotel audit requirements.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends and give reports to Corporate HR

Qualification
Specification
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Hotel Management, or related field
Experience
3–5 years of progressive HR/Training experience within hotels or luxury hospitality establishments
Skills
In-depth knowledge of hospitality operations, HRIS tools, statutory compliance, and grievance procedures
Competencies
Excellent public speaking/facilitation skills, high emotional intelligence, conflict mediation, and robust written communication
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
