In your role as Unit Manager you:

- Manage a quality pre-school, and lead its day-to-day operations
- Recruit, develop, engage, and lead the highly competent and warm-hearted people
- Manage the curriculum with staff which complies with local regulations and the Dibber

Childhood framework
- Communicate and meet with parents regarding their children and relationship

with Dibber Built a reputation for the school as a quality early childhood education institute
- Attract and ensure admissions in the school
- Manage the budgets, and ensure that the pre-school meets its

financial targets Ensure that the kindergarten is compliant to local laws and regulations Contribute to future growth in India
- Collaborate in Dibber’s international community with colleagues around the world

Who are You? You are an experienced pre-school center head or coordinator, and master in relationship building.

You are a result-oriented entrepreneur and like current challenges. You have positive attitude, courage,

and enjoy working in dynamic environment, being equally happy whether you are working on strategic topics, perform needed administrative tasks, develop employees, or teach children. You work independently and systematically,



and are visible in the pre-school towards staff, children, and parents.

You enjoy teamwork and create an inspiring atmosphere around you. You are valuable at bringing out the best in both individuals and teams.

As a Dibber leader, you lead with a clear purpose, you create an engaging environment and actively contribute to us delivering high-quality teaching and care.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree preferably in early childhood education
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience within a role of pre-school center head
- Inspiring leader and motivator
- Strong people management skills and ability to develop and lead a team
- Proactive and positive thinking with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Capable to work independently with excellent time management skills
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
