We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Unisex Hairdresser to join our team. You will cater to clients of all genders, offering a wide range of professional hair care, cutting, styling, and coloring services. The ideal candidate has a passion for hair trends, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and welcoming salon environment.Key Responsibilities

- Client Consultation: Discuss with clients to understand their hair type, lifestyle, and desired look, offering expert advice on cuts and colors.

- Hair Services: Perform classic and contemporary haircuts, trims, blow-drying, and styling for men, women, and diverse clients.

- Coloring & Chemical Treatments: Apply hair color, highlights, balayage, root touch-ups, and specialized hair treatments (such as keratin, smoothening, botox, or deep conditioning).

- Grooming: Provide basic grooming services like beard trims and shaves for male clients when required.

- Product Recommendations:



Educate clients on proper home hair care routines and recommend suitable retail products.

- Sanitation & Hygiene: Keep the styling station clean, sanitize tools and equipment after every use, and follow health and safety guidelines.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Proven professional experience of 1 to 3+ years working in a salon environment.

- Skills: Robust expertise in modern cutting, coloring techniques, and chemical texturizing treatments.

- Communication: Good conversational skills in English and local languages, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

- Education: Certification or diploma in Cosmetology, Hair Styling, or Beauty Therapy is preferred, though skilled hands-on experience is highly valued.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
