UK IT Recruiter

A career opportunity for a seasoned IT recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad, India.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and attract high-quality IT talent from the UK and globally.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to placement, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Develop and maintain a network of IT professionals, ensuring a steady supply of qualified candidates.
- Utilize effective communication and negotiation skills to secure the best talent for our clients.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.

Required Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in the UK or globally.
- Proven track record of successful placements and meeting or exceeding recruitment targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong understanding of the IT industry, including the latest technologies and trends.
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Technical Skills & Experience:

- Proficient in MS Office, with a focus on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with recruitment software, such as Bullhorn, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems quickly.




- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
- Experience working in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication.
- Ability to work in a agile, fast-paced environment, with a focus on adaptability and flexibility.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in a recruitment agency or IT company, preferably in the UK or globally.
- Knowledge of the UK job market, including the latest trends and best practices.
- Experience with social media and online recruitment platforms, such as LinkedIn and Indeed.
- Ability to work in a remote environment, with a focus on self-motivation and discipline.
- Experience working with a diverse range of clients, including IT companies and startups.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a focus on flexibility and agility.
