Recent Fleet Solutions provides Accounting, Payroll, HR, Recruitment and Back-Office Services to businesses in the US and UK.

We are expanding our UK operations with a specialized focus on Amazon Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) and last-mile delivery companies.

We are looking for a UK DSP Driver Recruiter who will be responsible for sourcing, screening and coordinating the onboarding of delivery drivers for our UK-based DSP clients.

Key Responsibilities

Driver Recruitment

- Source candidates for Delivery Driver / Van Driver positions across the UK.
- Manage high-volume driver recruitment campaigns for multiple DSP clients.
- Post vacancies on relevant UK job boards, social media platforms and recruitment channels.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified delivery driver candidates.
- Conduct initial telephone/video screening of applicants.
- Explain job responsibilities, working hours, pay structure and employment conditions to candidates.
- Assess candidates based on driving experience, availability and eligibility requirements.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate candidates with DSP/client hiring managers.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Driver Screening & Onboarding

- Collect and verify required candidate information and documentation.
- Coordinate Right to Work checks.
- Collect driving licence and relevant driver information.
- Coordinate required background checks and screening with the client.
- Track DBS checks and other required compliance checks where applicable.
- Coordinate driver onboarding and training schedules.
- Ensure all required documentation is completed before the driver starts work.
- Maintain accurate driver records in the recruitment/HR system.

DSP-Specific Responsibilities

- Understand the staffing requirements of individual UK DSPs.
- Track driver requirements based on routes, fleet size and operational demand.
- Maintain a live Driver Recruitment Dashboard for each DSP.




- Track candidates through each stage:

Applied → Screened → Interview → Documents → Checks → Training → Approved → Started

- Maintain weekly recruitment reports for each DSP.
- Track:
- Applications
- Qualified candidates
- Interviews
- Offers
- Onboarding
- No-shows
- Rejections
- Drivers started
- Driver retention
- Work closely with DSP management to understand weekly and monthly driver requirements.

Candidate Engagement

- Make outbound calls to prospective candidates.
- Follow up with applicants through phone, WhatsApp, SMS and email.
- Reduce candidate drop-offs during the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Maintain a strong candidate experience.
- Follow up with candidates who miss interviews, training or onboarding appointments.

Reporting

Prepare weekly recruitment reports covering:

- Total applications
- Qualified candidates
- Interviews scheduled
- Candidates approved
- Drivers onboarded
- Drivers started
- Recruitment conversion rate
- Cost per hire
- Candidate drop-off rate
- Recruitment pipeline

Required Skills & Experience

- 1–4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably UK recruitment.
- Experience recruiting drivers, warehouse workers, delivery drivers, couriers or logistics employees is highly preferred.
- Experience with high-volume recruitment.
- Strong telephone and candidate-screening skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Comfortable working with UK-based candidates and clients.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and clients simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in UK business hours.

Compensation

Salary: Competitive and based on experience.

A performance-based incentive structure will also be provided based on successful driver onboarding and retention.

Important

This is a UK recruitment role, not an Indian recruitment position.

Candidates should be comfortable communicating with UK-based candidates and working according to UK business hours.

Experience in UK logistics, delivery driver or Amazon DSP recruitment will be a significant advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
