We're Hiring: Unclaimed Shares Consultant (IEPF Claims)

Experience: 1–3+ years in financial product sales, with working knowledge of IEPF claims/unclaimed shares recovery

Salary: Per deal basis

Altius Investech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a driven professional to manage our IEPF claims and unclaimed shares recovery process end-to-end. If you have a background in selling financial products (mutual funds, insurance, broking, wealth/investment services, etc.) along with some understanding of how IEPF claims work, we'd like to hear from you.

What you'll do:

- Manage the complete IEPF claim lifecycle — from case review to final recovery of shares and dividends
- Handle documentation, claim filing, and follow-ups with companies, RTAs, depositories, and regulatory bodies
- Build and execute claim strategies tailored to each shareholder case
- Identify and pitch our services to potential clients with unclaimed shares/dividends
- Maintain accurate records and ensure full regulatory compliance




- Coordinate with internal teams and clients for document collection and status updates
- Track changes in IEPF regulations, MCA guidelines, and transfer procedures
- Help streamline our claims process and improve turnaround time

What we're looking for:

- Experience selling financial products — mutual funds, insurance, broking/demat accounts, wealth management, or similar (required)
- Some working knowledge or exposure to IEPF claims / unclaimed shares recovery (required, deep expertise not necessary)
- Robust communication and client-handling/convincing skills
- Comfortable with documentation and process-driven work
- Ability to independently plan and execute a claim/client outreach strategy
- Based in or willing to relocate to Kolkata
- Available to join immediately or on short notice
