Role Description The UI/UX Designer will work full time in office in Quilon, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing digital experiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting user research, analyzing user behavior, and translating insights into wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes.

The role involves creating and maintaining design systems, working closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation, and iterating designs based on feedback and usability testing. The UI/UX Designer will also contribute to workshops, design reviews, and community events,



helping learners and team members align on best practices in user-centered design.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in user interface design, user experience design, and interaction design, with the ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and visual assets.
- Experience with UX research methods such as user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and analyzing qualitative and quantitative user data.
- Proficiency in modern design and collaboration tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar), and familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers and ensure design feasibility.
- Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills, with the ability to explain design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work on-site in Quilon, manage multiple projects, respond to feedback constructively, and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive team culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; prior experience in a UI/UX or product design role is an advantage.
- Interest in mentoring or collaborating with learners and participating in design challenges, workshops, and community events is a plus.
