About the Role

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and user-focused UI/UX Designer to join our product and design team.

You will work across a variety of digital products and projects, including mobile applications, web applications, and consumer-facing platforms. One of the key products you may work on is our food delivery application, along with other current and upcoming projects.

The role involves understanding user needs, business requirements, and product goals, and translating them into simple, intuitive, and visually engaging digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Design intuitive and engaging experiences for web and mobile applications.
- Work across multiple products and projects based on business and product priorities.
- Understand product requirements, user needs, and business objectives before starting the design process.
- Create:
- User flows
- Information architecture
- Wireframes
- Low- and high-fidelity designs
- Interactive prototypes
- UI components
- Design systems
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing when required.
- Identify user pain points and translate them into practical UX solutions.
- Design complete end-to-end user journeys across different products.
- Create consistent and scalable visual experiences across platforms.
- Develop and maintain reusable UI components and design systems.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA, and other stakeholders.
- Present design concepts and clearly communicate design decisions to internal teams.




- Work with developers during implementation to ensure designs are accurately translated into the final product.
- Review developed features and identify UI/UX inconsistencies or improvements.
- Collect and incorporate user and stakeholder feedback.
- Continuously improve existing products based on user behaviour, feedback, and business requirements.
- Stay updated with modern UI/UX practices, design trends, accessibility standards, and emerging design tools.

Requirements

- 2-4 years of experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design, or a related role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX and product design work.
- Proficiency in Figma and modern design/prototyping tools.
- Strong understanding of:

- Wireframing
- Interaction design
- Visual design

- Usability and accessibility




- Experience designing responsive web and mobile interfaces.
- Ability to understand complex requirements and convert them into simple user experiences.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, spacing, hierarchy, and visual consistency.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Good to Have

- Experience working on consumer apps, marketplaces, e-commerce, SaaS, or other digital products.
- Experience working in a product/startup environment.
- Knowledge of usability testing and analytics-driven design.
- Understanding of responsive design and mobile design patterns.
- Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design principles.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and development constraints.
- Experience creating and maintaining scalable design systems.
- Experience working with developers and product teams in an Agile environment.
