Role & responsibilities

- Execute the complete UX design process across digital products and platforms.
- Independently manage UX projects, including planning, stakeholder communication, deliverables, and quality assurance.
- Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, contextual inquiry, and observational studies.
- Define user personas, empathy maps, customer journey maps, and service blueprints.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into intuitive user experiences.
- Create information architecture, site maps, navigation structures, and task flows.
- Develop user flows, wireframes, interaction models, and clickable prototypes.
- Conduct heuristic evaluations, UX audits, and usability assessments.
- Plan and facilitate Design Thinking workshops, co-creation sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
- Conduct usability testing and synthesize findings into actionable design recommendations.
- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, developers, and business stakeholders.
- Execute UX strategy discussions and advocate for user-centric design approaches.
- Define and establish UX standards, guidelines, and best practices across projects.
- Create, maintain, and evolve Design Language Systems (DLS), UX patterns, interaction guidelines, and component behaviors.
- Ensure consistency of user experience across multiple products and channels.
- Define accessibility and inclusive design considerations within the UX framework.
- Present UX concepts, research insights, and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI),



Interaction Design, Product Design, Industrial Design, Psychology, or a related field.
- Professional certification in UX Design is an added advantage.
- 5 + years of hands-on experience in UX Design and Consulting.
