- 5+ years of experience in RPA development with strong hands-on expertise in UiPath.
- Experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, and Document Understanding.
- Strong understanding of workflow automation, process mapping, and system integration.
- Experience working with OCR, Excel automation, email automation, and web automation.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent critical thinking and analytical problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to evaluate complex business scenarios and provide optimized automation solutions.
- Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in Agile development methodologies is preferred.
