About the Role

Whizz HR is looking for a versatile and creative Digital Marketing & UI/UX professional who can contribute across digital marketing initiatives as well as user interface and user experience design.

The ideal candidate should have an understanding of digital marketing fundamentals along with a creative eye for designing intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across relevant online platforms.
- Manage and create content for social media and digital channels.
- Support SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and online promotional activities.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports using relevant analytics tools.
- Conduct competitor, audience, and market research.
- Identify opportunities to improve online visibility and engagement.

UI/UX
- Create user-friendly and visually appealing UI designs for websites, applications, and digital platforms.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows.
- Work on website/app layouts, navigation, and overall user experience.
- Collaborate with developers and marketing teams to ensure designs are implemented effectively.




- Conduct basic user research and incorporate feedback into design improvements.
- Maintain consistency in visual design, typography, layouts, and brand guidelines.

Requirements

- 0–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, UI/UX Design, or a related role.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, social media, SEO, content, and analytics.
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles, user flows, wireframing, and prototyping.
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Canva, or similar platforms.
- Creative mindset with a robust eye for design and attention to detail.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within deadlines.
- A portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects or digital creative work will be an advantage.
