Education

● Bachelor's Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science,

Professional Experience

- Proven Experience in UX Design:

○ Years of Experience: At least 3-5 years of professional experience in UX design.

○ Replatforming Projects: Specific experience in replatforming projects,

ideally within the financial services industry, is highly preferred. This ensures the candidate has relevant experience with complex systems and understands the challenges of replatforming.

- Agile Methodologies:

○ Integration of UX in Agile: Demonstrated experience in integrating UX design into agile workflows and methodologies. The candidate should be able to provide examples of how they have worked within agile teams and contributed to continuous product discovery.

- User Research and Analysis:

○ Research Methods: Proficiency in conducting user interviews, surveys,

usability testing, and data analysis to understand user needs and behaviours.

○ Application of Research: Ability to translate research findings into actionable design solutions.

- Design Skills:

○ Tools: Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and/or Axure.

○ Deliverables: Experience creating user journey maps, wireframes,

prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

- Complex Data Structures:

○ Experience Handling Data:



Experience working with complex data structures to inform design decisions.

- Problem-Solving and Strategic Initiatives:

○ Complex UX Challenges: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to approach complex UX challenges methodically.

○ Raising Design Maturity: Demonstrated ability to raise design maturity within a team or organization through strategic initiatives.
