About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UI/UX Lead Designer to join our creative team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing engaging, user-centric interfaces for websites and mobile applications.

Your expertise will help translate complex healthcare problems into intuitive and aesthetically pleasing digital experiences. You will lead the design process from concept to execution, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that meet measurable criteria and align with user needs and business goals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for UX design, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to facilitate discussions and presentations for both internal teams and clients.

This role offers an opportunity to work within a cross-functional team, handling multiple projects under tight deadlines while fostering innovation and creativity.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 7-9+ years of experience in website and mobile app UI/UX designing, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in responsive design.



Educational qualifications should include a graduate or post-graduate degree, preferably in Fine Arts or related fields.

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch, Invision, Zeplin, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite is essential. The candidate should have excellent drafting skills, a sophisticated understanding of color theory, and in-depth domain knowledge. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks within deadlines are critical.

Effective verbal and written communication skills are required to articulate design concepts clearly. Candidates with previous mentoring experience or leadership qualities to step into mentorship roles will be preferred.

Responsibilities

- Lead the design of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for web and mobile platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Apply creative and innovative solutions to address complex, ambiguous problems within healthcare digital solutions.
- Facilitate discussions and presentations with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and communicate design ideas effectively.
- Utilize design thinking methodologies and journey mapping to enhance user satisfaction and engagement.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and business teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project objectives.
- Adapt to changing project requirements with flexibility and ease, maintaining high standards of quality throughout the design process.
