– UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities

Design websites, landing pages, campaign microsites, digital platforms, and marketing-focused interfaces.

Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs.

Translate creative briefs, brand guidelines, client requirements, and marketing objectives into effective UI/UX solutions.

Work closely with Web/Front-End Developers, Back-End Developers, Creative, Content, Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Client Servicing teams.

Coordinate with developers for design implementation, testing, UI corrections, and final delivery.

Ensure consistency in branding, layouts, typography, visual hierarchy, and design systems.

Review existing websites/landing pages and suggest UI/UX and conversion improvements.

Tools Knowledge

Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator,



Adobe XD, FigJam, Canva and basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects for UI motion/micro-interactions.

Strong hands-on experience in Figma, wireframing, prototyping, design systems, and developer handoff.

Basic understanding of HTML/CSS, responsive web development, and browser/device compatibility.

Understanding of conversion-focused landing pages and digital marketing requirements.

Robust communication, coordination, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

Strong portfolio of UI/UX, website, landing page, and campaign-based digital projects is mandatory.

Candidates with experience in an Advertising, Media, Creative, or Digital Marketing Agency will be preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
